The walks take place on a variety of pathways, especially  old village tracks and smugglers trails. I have tried to select quiet routes away from populated areas and off of the most popular routes. But from time to time we will almost certainly come across textile walkers or locals on the path.

Spanish law doesn’t recognise nudity as an offence. But I prefer to carry a “Bare wrap” to cover up in the unlikely event that I do encounter anyone en-route, this can easily be made by the DIY fashion designer. This I hope will only be a temporary measure until enough people are hiking in the buff and are seen out and about to make it the norm! Then we will be truly “Freedom Walking”

Most Ramblers tend to walk in the seasons either side of  the summer as it is too hot for “textiles”. Naturists on the other hand want to be out and about in the sunshine.  This does mean that  some sensible precautions should be taken, such as sunscreen and plenty of water, but more of that later.
